Serving residents of Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties
All considered applicants must be a legal Florida resident of Hillsborough, Pasco or Pinellas county. Applicants must also have either a high school diploma or GED and been (or will be) formally accepted to a college, university, technical, trade, or vocational institution.
Award amounts are based on many factors primarily good citizenship, academic ability, career potential and financial situation. Recipients and amounts are chosen by our selection committee.
We accept applications for traditional 2 and 4 year institutions year round. However, applications received by February 28th will be considered for the fall term. Applications received by August 31st will be considered for the spring term.
Applications for vocational institutions are accepted year round. We suggest applications be submitted 60 days prior to the program start date. Applications can either be completed online at this site or downloaded and mailed to our office. The Foundation requires all potential candidates to fully complete the application form and provide proof of residency and a copy of GED certificate/diploma or current report card for high school seniors. Special attention may be given to those applications that are accompanied with letters of recommendations, etc.
